Will they fit my shoes?
Yes - Restep insoles are made for your regular shoe size, so there's no need to size up or buy bigger shoes. They fit work boots, sneakers, clogs and trainers, and they won't make your shoes feel tight. Order your normal size and swap out the insole that's already in there.
What if I'm between sizes?
Always go with the larger size and trim to fit. Every pair has cutting guides printed on the back - follow the line for your size, cut with regular scissors, and you're done in about ten seconds. Same goes if you're smaller than our smallest size: take the smallest pair and trim it down.
Is there a break-in period?
No. You'll notice the arch support and cushioning on the first walk. The contoured pods can feel slightly unfamiliar for the first day or two if you've never worn a textured insole — that settles quickly, and most people stop noticing them and just notice their feet feel better at the end of the day.
How long do they last?
